There are a few entrances to the swamp. You can rent boats and camp, but not at the waycross entrance.
Not at the Okefenokee Swamp Park; however, you can at our partner Laura walker state park directly across us1
I personally didn't ask, but I do recall seeing a couple campers.

You can call and find out for sure, but I think the campers I saw actually belong to employees. You can camp at the Stephen Foster State Park on the Fargo side of the swamp. There's cabins and a designated campground area.
