No matter how complex or time consuming you only will pay the flat rate price that we offer at the time of service and that is printed on your work order. The building fee is $149.00 and this includes a 1-month labor warranty!! **Please note: Because you are bringing your own devices, parts and/or components. We can NOT warranty the functionality, compatibility or platform stability of those parts. Area 51 PC builds and their respective components go through rigorous Q/C efforts to ensure builds run like a well-tuned warp engine.
