Yes. Calling in ahead and ordering over the phone is how I've been doing things for the 7 months. El Mezcal has been great, I call in my order and by the time I arrive 15-20 mins it's ready.
I believe that you can order online for pick up. I believe there is a billboard on 200 in front of the restaurant that says so.
