Fixed the glass on the front of the I phone but couldn't help me get into it.

I took my iPhone XR to get the screen replaced. Noticed a few days later that the dude didn’t put the screen on all the way so I went back. He told me that they don’t use glue to put the phone back together and he couldn’t help me. It should be stated on your sign that you guys don’t fix screens then because if I drop the phone it will fall completely apart. Said there was nothing he could do so I paid 120 for the screen not to be replaced right. Should of know because he forgot to give me my case back and also put the screen protector on crooked. Do not come to this place they suck!

So I've come to this place twice and have wasted a pretty penny on my iPhone XR, to the point where I had to get a new phone. The first time was when I just wanted the screen fixed because of a few cracks. The price was reasonable the first time. 140$. It was fixed, and I went home with a seemingly good fixed phone. The phone had been cased, tempered glass, everything. A week if not less after I had come to this place to get it fixed, the screen had very noticeable glitching to the point where i couldn't even use it and it actually called emergency services on its own. I went the next day after the incident, and they asked me what the price was the first time. I told them 140, and he was telling me it was going to be more expensive to fix the SAME problem i came to them with in the first place. it costed me a hundred dollars more to get my phone fixed, but I was desperate. A couple weeks later, my phone is again experiencing glitching to the point where i cannot use it and will have to be getting a new phone. I called apple support, factory reset my phone twice, still a faulty phone. Apple support recommended that I don't come to this location for any repairs, and they may not be using authentic parts and are not authorized for apple products. This has taken too much time and money from me and I'm done with it. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Great service, repaired quicker than quoted, cheapest repair in town, and they saved me $30 with advice. Highly recommend them.
