Problem with internet. Called and was told to return box and get a new one. Agent tells me there is a problem with internet and we can send a tech to your house. Why if the problem is outside not inside? I can give you a new box but you are still going to have internet problems. Umm duh worst cable company to deal with. Not the agents fault its the company that can't fix the main issue

I am a Decca Cable customer and I have found their service to be quite good I believe you can get service within 24 hours during the week probably no more than 48 hours
Have service at 108th place but service does go out occasionally especially if you're watching an Orlando station
