Did u try unplugging from unit what 10 seconds plug back in might reboot system.
May want to contact the office and have them check your cable modem, filters or circuit to the house. Ours very rarely goes down and although we have the maximum bandwidth offered, which is mid-1990's bandwidth, it is quite slow.
