Around closing time they have the worst service, they make the easiest fast food and manage to continually get orders wrong where all you have to do is remove ingredients . They need to stop hiring kids.

We love chick fil a they are always so polite and helpful..one time we thought the 4 piece chicken strips were kinda small so we told them and they gave us another box..

I only stopped at this store once. They were extremely busy. Our orders were right the first time. However you can always address a problem with a manager or asst manager. I never had a problem with any of their stores.

I found that they handle complaints quickly. There is always a manager or asst. manager on duty. John Mitten is the store's operator. Let him know that his late night crew is falling down on the job. Send him an email. Things don't get fixed unless the boss knows.
