I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the entire staff and Dr.Readdy. My 5 year old shepherd was experiencing serious neurological issues that popped up at of nowhere, and my vet at the time was not able to see him. Animal Health staff made sure to see him even with him not being a current patient, they also reached out to my vet to retrieve his records prior to us coming in. When we arrived the staff was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Readdy reviewed his history and spent alot of time with us observing and assessing his symptoms. She went into detail as to what she thought was the issue and formed a plan with me for treating him. A few days later his symptoms were not improving and I called back to speak to Dr. Readdy she called me and we spoke about other options and she even squeezed him in that day for x-rays. She still spent a lot of time with us assessing his X-rays and symptoms even though she was the only vet there. Now my pup is almost back to normal and I’m beyond grateful for the care that was provided for him. Thank you so much Animal Health staff and Dr. Readdy!
