I was so very concerned about my husbands hives and swollen face for a few weeks on and off. We then found your office and I am going to just say that this office is amazing. The staff is great, pleasant and Dr. Ayham Alshaar and staff is wonderful, he spoke with us in detail and explained everything to us that we can understand. I have not actually gotten to speak to anyone at this office. I have called 3 different time and my wife has called once also. We have gotten the voicemail every time except once. When someone did answer they placed me on hold then a few minutes later I was sent to voicemail. The voicemail states how they are understaffed. That they will call you back at there earliest convenience. I have Never received a phone call back. I will be going back to Kratz Allergy our previous allergy place even though it is now a 50 min drive. Business regardless of how understaff you are should call people back. Lots of places are understaff right now. So I do sympathize.

I chose to bring my son here after a pediatrician misdiagnosed his spreading rash as “bug bites”. The office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr. Alshaar was kind, knowledgeable and professional. If we are ever in need of an allergist in the future I know we will be back to this office.
