I read there is an over the dunes handicap walkway at Mickler. I went there but all I saw was a wooden walkway from the park lot with 4 steps that lead into deep sand at the end. Maybe I was in the wrong area. Where is wheelchair access to the beach?

I think there is another walkway on the far right I see people coming from but Don't know how to get there from the parking area. Am following this thread

It must be the wooden walkway, then there is rubber walking path that goes straight onto the beach.

There isn't a ramp or mat at Micklers Landing. There may be one further south down A1A at one of the Guana paid parking access points. But, those require you to park west of A1A and cross it to access the beach. There are designated crosswalks with flashing lights to help you cross. I don't recall if any of the three had wheelchair access though. Also, those only have portable toilet facilities.
