Don't understand why this DMV office had it's doors locked at 4:19 pm on Wednesday. Security guard comes to door I stated the door states you close at 5 pm. Security Guard said we have doors lock due to max capacity but there was no one in the lobby??? They ask what was i there for, then let me in along with 2 others then the doors are locked again. Is this COVID again?

You can do this there at the tax collector court house Annex off of 210 close to A1A if that is convenient for you...
You need a couple of pieces of mail and a lease or purchase proof for the new address
Call the tax office for specific requirements on deceased issues. You may need more than just a death certificate.
