The have event dates where you can adopt a pet.. You can buy fish and I believe they do have some cats
I have never purchased a pet there. I do know they have adoption days, as the person above stated. I know they have fish, ginni-pigs, snails, etc.
For small animals, it's not like adopting. Nothing serious. You basically just buy it. For the cats, it's different.

Its similar to adoption from SPCA. You still have some documentation but not as strict. If that helps.
