I was standing in the line to donate and the lady who was standing in the donation side was rushing us.. first she told us to settle the table I was going to donate and when I did that then she refused for the table and she was like you are holding up the line.. I just wanna say one thing if you don't want something just say no and don't tell people to fix it and then refuse. Due to her my car got scratched because she was rushing us to leave.. really rude customer service they have....

The customer service here has always been spotty but since the pandemic it has faltered and fallen flat on its face. When they ARE open for donations the hours do not xoincide with the location hours and then they no longer help you unload your boxes of FREE merchandise for them to make a full profit! The employees in the donation lane are rude, unhelpful and have yelled at me on a few occasions when I didn't place an item where they wanted it! They refuse items they took last week and In addition, while I have seen many nice things going into the center, I never see those same nice things going out to the floor. What exactly is going on? If I had any other place locally that I could drop off my gently used items for someone else to acquire and use I would gladly do so. In fact maybe I'll open my own donation center and donate profits to charity!
