I had a bad experience with the DON Caroline at this place. She made me feel uncomfortable as if I wasn’t a nurse at all. There was no respect. I wanted to come to this facility to get retrained and refresh my skills after a bad experience at another facility and she turned me down and told me go somewhere and practice pharmacology. This is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this facility at all.

Hello I would like to thank the staff at Frederick VILlA for the professional care they have given my mother. She was very sick .she could not walk .they showed a lot of love. Not only for my mom. All the patients. She walking now .all the Nurses, CNA,GNA and Med tec physical therapy and house keeping and food services LPN thank you all peace and blessings from the Mccolley family ❤🙏

Terrible service I would definitely give less than one star if possible this nursing center won’t release my friend’s grandmother from nursing center definitely don’t recommend to anyone and staff are very rude when yelling at my friends father.
