No the garages are not free. The one across the street on Baltimore St. Is $16 max special. Street parking is available but not so available. Meaning they are always full.
Im pretty sure the garages are free up till a certain time length....20 or 30 minutes maybe
Not too much. It's a busy down town area. To avoid garage parking& prices, I would take another driver with me and have them circle the block a few times while you run in to grab the tickets.
Not really across the street there is a couple spots
Alot of people double park out front but I would leave someone in the car and park further back or all the way toward the front as this is a bus lane as well.
