Yes, but you will still need a saltwater fishing license. State DNR patrol here a few times a day and have fined heavily those who repeatedly fish here without the proper license...
Well some people do that but I don never fly there.
Its a nice place to go and fish and just to go for a walk or go on the trail and just to chill and sit by the water i try to go down there a lot
As long as you have a valid salt water fishing license, the police really won't bother you. DNR usually goes through and checks for valid licenses.
