I've always been intimidated by gyms. I don't really know what I'm doing, there's always so much equipment that I don't understand how to use, and so many people doing workouts that look super complicated. Activate Body helps remove that fear. The trainers really take the time to explain all of the workouts, and there's never more than four people per gym floor. Thank you for providing a safe, comfortable environment for me to pursue my fitness goals!!!
