It's a seating area next to the stage
Like most said, it's roped off next to the stage, ya get tables & a server
You're not necessarily closer in this seated area, but you're above the crowd, so that's good for short and/or disabled people and photographers.
It's on the right side of the stage. You pay more to set there.
Privileged (paid), seating. Everyone else stands and gets rained on. Or, melts in the sun at outside venues.
