As of the date of this posting the only garage you can park at for a discount is Harbor Park. You get a discount coupon from the venue and put in the machine at the garage at the end of the night and it's 10 bucks to Park.

You can park free on President St. but it is limited. There is a garage in Little Italy that is $4 evenings. Both are a little walk.

It runs about 20 for an evening depending on entertainment but if you get a voucher it will be about 10 to 15. Not bad for the close proximity to the Soundstage.
Park above the venue and they hand out validation when the show is over. Should be like $10
Depends on where you park. I usually park in the parking garage that is attached to the soundstage which is about 15 or 20 dollars but on your way out of the soundstage after a concert they sometimes give you parking vouchers which will take some money off the final price
