Why is it everytime we come here we have to go through 5 red light activated sessions before we have to get out flag someone down to take our order. Equipment malfunction? Lack of employees my observation Place a sign if not working and get a manager

Just went there Thursday night. Good service, great deal and hot food was hot milk shakes are half price. Don't like the service? Go next door and eat some dog food at arbys.
