Hello all and goodmorning from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, I recently acquired a keltec p-11. My question is. It has a 10 rd mag, can I also safely carry one in the chamber making it a 10+1? one in he chamber making it a 10.

You can as long as safety is 9n. I carry a p32 with one in chamber and more in the magazine and the safety is on
