Everyone that I know that has been to this particular one has had all kinds of problems with their tax returns and all they tell people is " Well you have to take that up with the IRS". Well people paid extra for this company to help incase something happens with the IRS and now they telling people that they have to call the IRS themselves, when the customers have the letters that the IRS sent them.
