I’m genuinely so frustrated. On day 1, I called this place and they said to call back the following day after 1 so the repair man could answer my question. The lady who answered the phone gave me a run down of what the repair would entail and she said that for the screen repair that I need, they send the phone off for 3 days OR the repair man could do the repair in store and it would take an hour. I use my phone for business and cannot afford to be without it for three days, I told her I would need the one hour in store repair. No problem. I called back the following day and spoke to the actual repair man and he said that all of the screens he had on hand that could be used to replace the one on my phone were scratched and that I should call back in a day. Okay, fine. On day 3, I call back again and the repair man was out for the day. That’s fine too. People have lives. On day 4, I call back again and the lady tells me the repair man does indeed have the screen that I need for my repair and that the repair should take again, no longer than an hour. On day 5, I call again to set up the appointment for my repair and the man says it would take 3 days and that he isn’t doing the repair in store. What an absolute waste of my freaking time going back and forth with these people all week. I could have just gone elsewhere and had my phone repaired by now. All I need is the back glass replaced. I am so frustrated and fed up with this establishment. Avoid this place if you can because I have an inkling that they have no idea what they are even doing. Ridiculous.
