Just like anything if you have a positive attitude and very respectful you can get a lot of accomplished the normal becomes abnormal and what usually don't get done gets done.. so I say that is that's how some people can come in without an appointment and then some can't get seen with an appointment that's a lot to do with the situation or the individual have a happy getting things done day
I walked in but they told me I need an appointment. If you're just get a copy of your child support account or some type documents I believe you can.
