I have been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect. You likely had an encounter with an employee who is no longer there. They just remodled the entire car wash too
Been a loyal customer going on 3 yrs and i never had any rude employees. Even when the machine was down they tried to compensate me but i was already a gold member.
Never in years has an employee been rude to me. The wash does seem better now. Maybe due to the competition down the rode.
Never heard an employee yell at customers however the wash has improved as of late.
It's normal for these people to be rude I won't go back there either ...bunch of jerks.
