Windmill Village homes cannot be rented out. They have a policy that forbids renting or leasing out of any homes here. It is cause for eviction. Read the papers you sign when you purchase your home.
You may be able to call the main office and ask. Otherwise, sometimes people post on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.
