Today it's a 4. Tomorrow could be a 2. These places, Subway, is like a box of chocolates. Tonight, they had the Huberts Lemonade; a rarity. But, it was like lemon water. No lemonade. So they finally had it, but it stank. No matter when we go to these places they always manage to mess it up somehow.

The drive through cashier was rude. He didn’t say my total or my order when I pulled up, just stared at me. I gave him $20 because the computer I ordered on said $18.78. Now he decided to tell me my total was $20.09. I ask if he’s sure because the computer said $18.78. He rudely reads my order and repeated the $20.09 total. I give him another dollar and he gives me the change. I ask for the receipt. He seemed annoyed as he snatched it off the line of receipts. I looked at it quickly and realized the $18.78 was before tax. I tell him thank you. Then he just stared at me. I say Thank You again and a little louder, then he slammed the window closed. Almost immediately I get my order (which is very impressive at this Subway because they are always slow.) I pulled around front and figured I would give immediate feedback. It says on the receipt, “If it’s not right….I will make it right!! Call me Jermaine Ricks” and the phone number. I tried calling, but it just rings and rings and no one picks up. 1 star for the service, but the food isn’t bad.

Saved the day...I was starving and didn't want fast food. The tuna melt on flat bread was just what I needed and reasonably priced.
