Don't plan on it. They may in rare circumstances. If you are already there visiting from somewhere else and they don't then I recommend doing initiatories and they can give you the temple clothing for that I'm pretty sure
They don't. It is a small temple and it never will. The church encourages patrons to purchase their own, but provides if necessary.
