My last visit went as many have gone in the past. Without any problem or issue. The staff is profesional and cordial. The office is clean and well run and the hygenist who pr9vided my service was top tier. A good visit as always.

Just go in and ask to speak to person in charge of ins. Make sure to bring your insurance paperwork your referring to and bill from them. Depending on what you had done and usually there is a $50 yearly deductible or co-pay per patient in your family depending on your ins. Sounds like it could be $50 deductible once you meet that once year requirement insurance will pay on claim. Then $6 remainder they did not cover. Hope that helps. I think maybe dental office Has error on entering 64.60 meant to enter 66. Possible 4 incorrectly entered.
