Very unpleasant experience. Walking in alone was painful. The gentlemen behind the counter appeared frustrated and reluctant to help but hence it was his job he mumbled how may I help you (Mustafa). I politely said I'll browse and if I have any questions I'll be sure to ask. A while looking at phone no one had offered to help me. 10 minutes later I hear a ring at the door and both sales associated jump out of their chairs and ask, "hi how may I help you" eagerly. Well, I looked at the employees in disbelief at the contrast of service. One asked behind the counter, half of his face hiding behind a computer, "have any questions?" I said none so far and walked out. I refuse to give my money to such behavior. Not recommending or coming back. Update: I called to speak to the manager. Turns out they aren't present weekends. I asked for the names of the associates, was asked if I was just in the store, He said I can come back in and get his card if i want his name then hung up. I walked in and caught the name tag of one Kameron (gentleman whom I spoke to over the phone) and the other didn't have a tag. So I had to interrupt a customer who was getting help, just to get his name (Mustafa). The customer was very kind and understanding said. But so unfortunate for the customers to have hostile unprofessional shopping experience. This is my experience at tmoblie on whiterock rd Rancho. I will be calling back Monday to speak with the manager Niko because no one should have their time wasted driving to their store to have an experiece like this just to purchase a phone. T-mobile 👎

Went in to get info about adding new line and phone. Altogether several reps were free, it was very hard to get any information. For the most part I had to ask specifically.
