Indica or talk to them and they can recommend a product. Tincture oil is good for anxiety and sleeping also
Do they still have Member Berry? Anything Indica. Afghani is my favorite
Look on the website all the products tell you exactly what they are used for... I love curaleaf but trulieve also has great products as well
For insomnia i would try an Indica but if things tend to work opposite for you then maybe a sativa. The best way without smoking is oral, oil under the tongue.
