Hi! My 87 year old mother had a severe case of shingles & now has permanent nerve damage. What would you recommend oil wise? She has tried regular drugs & NOTHING relieves her constant pain? Also, if we come to the store does she see a doctor or???

You have to have a MMJ card I think

Not to down anyone's comments but everyone has their own ecs system in their body in which each strain and different terpenes could affect you different than myself. Example..... Tom takes Vicodin for back pain and they put him to sleep within 45 minutes or make him nauseous, Bob hurt his back at work and asked Tom for one to help him sleep after hearing Tom talk about how early he goes to bed and why ...fast forward to the evening, Bob pops the pill and within 30 minutes he is up feeling better than ever... Pain pills and big pharma are the devil in my opinion. To each his own and yes you will need a medical marijuana card to get these products that you seek. Cbd is no good without thc. Honestly you want something with high cbg and cbn .... Cbn will help with the peripheral nerve pain the cbg will give her an appetite. I'm not saying anyone is wrong in these comments im just trying to help ppl understand thc is not what truly helps look at the other contents on labels at dispensaries

In Florida you do need to have a medical marijuana card. You must get this from a doctor. I'm not a doctor but have had poor health my whole life. For symptoms as you describe a one to one thc/cbd mixture would most likely be effective helping pain. But please consult a doctor before experimenting. I would agree that tincitures would be the best method of delivery.

Indica. MMJ card is a MUST

I'm not sure which oil would be best for her probably an indica. There's not a doctor on site but first timers to get a consultation to direct them to the proper usage. Good luck with your mother I hope she finds relief
