Brandy was extremely helpful today and I came around 3 o’clock when no other dispensaries were open I really appreciated you guys staying open until 4pm. I was able to get the medicine that I needed before Ian hits us thank you again!

Can only talk about my personal experience, I’ve heard great things about the customer care here.. apparently all of that is wrong. Showed up today 5 minutes before closing as they are closing at 4pm due to a hurricane, doors still open, the young African American man at the front desk immediately turned me away and said “we’re not taking anymore people we’re closed” yet your website says you close at 4pm.. not 3:55pm.. I work retail so I know we take EVERY customer UNTIL closing time; even if they show up ONE minute before closing. Shame because I was planning on spending $200+ on my first order here. They lost my business. I’m glad everybody else has had a positive experience however and if you can continue to do so then great!
