Yes you have to find out if they have a vehicle like yours, and then you have to come to the lot and locate the car and remove it yourself. The rows are numbered and you can get the row # from staff, if they have the car in question!
Self service. Check website for vehicle inventory. If have your vehicle, then you walk out for a look. I'm guessing they won't have vehicle. Your best bet is to look on ebay.
