Yeah, you just have to go and try your luck. They don't keep a detailed inventory of the 1000s of cars they have on site. Their prices do tend to be a bit higher though.

LKQ is a junkyard, or vehicle graveyard. You have to go looking for the part you want, use your own tools to remove the part. Then pay for the part. No guarantees either. There are other customers there that may be willing to do the work for you if you pay them. No one will help for free though.
