Sorry can’t source that for you. And it’s going to be a challenge finding one that less than $7/lb. The farmers have spent so much to sear them they don’t prefer to send to process before 150 pounds
Have no idea. I like my meats like I like my computers...laptop lol. I will say if you want it, they got it, though it is a pretty penny.
