2 large Veal cutlets. Highly recommend. Great with Angel Hair pasta. Sauce is wonderful!

I just walked in and asked the guy. He didn't know the difference, but he said that it's real veal that they fry with flour in house. He assured me that it's all done in the kitchen and that's one of his favorites.
