This returant really has changed. It used to be a wonderful place to eat with family and friends. We went in there tonight for the first time in a few years. Our time was limited to eat so we ordered sandwiches. There was only five tables occupied and most were already eating. Our order took forever to the point where we had to get it to go. The waitress who was outstanding (the only bright spot in the experience) was very apologetic in the delay. I understand that in today's times noone wants to work but this was inexcusable. I strongly suggest to find another diner to eat at because your experience won't be a pleasant one. I can't praise the waitress enough but aside from that, everything was below standards you would expect from any diner anywhere.

George's is now under new management. I've ALWAYS loved their food & service. Unfortunately this time they are shorthanded - they are hiring. We had a seasoned waitress who is awesome & very friendly however, she seemed to be the only person willing to work (besides the cook); she did come back to see how our food was, but never offered us more to drink. Some of our dishes/silverware weren't clean and had to be replaced. Additionally, some of the items that used to be there aren't now and I noticed a number of items went up in price. I was disappointed, but since this is for the most part the worst experience I've had at George's, I will give them a try again in a few months when (hopefully) they'll have more help.

Horrible service but doesn't have to be. Ordered to go asked for a Greek Salad with Chicken. Got a Green Salad with chicken. Was not asked bout dressing, I assumed Greek Salad comes with Greek dressing. Given 2 different dressings, 1 past exp date balsamic and 1 raspberry. Called in and manager would do nothing for me. Wrong order and wrong dressing that was a day old and brown lettuce. Had to dump it in the rubbish bin but I left a tip as always. The order was FUBARED

We came in Super Bowl Sunday just for dessert and there was just 2 teenage boys running the dining room. My husband and son each got a strawberry shake that was more like strawberry milk and tasted somewhat sure. My son didn't drink his. My husband never said anything to anyone, so... He just drank it. Must have been fine, he didn't get sick. I had the peanut butter cream pie. Clearly it wasn't homemade, but very good none the less. Very rich, had to take 1/2 home. We come here often and like the food here. People are always nice.
