I don't know but my guess would be, they would utheanize him. You might want to call Animal Control if he's harmful to you or others. Sorry I couldn't help you more

Why does it cost so much? I know they take care of them. The animal control facility on kings mountain road is a kill shelter but they want in excess of 100.00 and that's crazy. Just want an older dog for a companion.
