There is currently no sod at this store. The last time I phoned a HD, I was transferred, then put on hold, and then hung-up on. -Called back a 2nd time, was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then I hung up. For anyone saying "just call the store" you must have have all the time in the world.
The shipments of sod vary. The garden center associates have no idea of the shipment schedule and sod typically sells out quickly early in the season. . . These factors are problematic for a homeowner or contractor planning around the unpredictable Buffalo weather. I have also tried to call the store to no avail. Ideally, the store could add a portion to their website, letting customers know when the next shipment will arrive, but I guess that would be asking way too much. For now, I'll drive the 45 minutes to the wholesale nursery on Transit Rd.
