If this is for business, budget for a new laptop. You will eliminate risk and can save your time for growing the business. There are no shortcuts to success and strangers on Google should not be your business mentors. I wouldn't listen to a word of any of them, but since I am one of them, perhaps you should go to the Apple store and visit Starbucks while you're there.
I suggest the Apple store as well, but like someone else said, please get an appointment or you will be there all day!!
