Yes they do. The first portion is more than enough mostly is pasta not enough meat.
They do have the never ending pasta bowl. The first one is the biggest and after that they are a little smaller. You can pick your pasta and sauce with or without the meat.
They did not have it there for me either. Just buy one take one home.
Yes, but the second and ones after are about half size. No limit as long as you eat the previous one, I believe. You can change pasta type between servings as well.
