When they aren't returning packages due to covid they're fine. They cost me a significant amount of money during the covid border shut down in spite of assurances that they would hold on to the stuff until the border reopened. Still pretty ticked off about that.

Not true to their word. Paid for po box rental was unable to use it because of Covid. Sent all my parcels back to the sellers and I am out several hundreds of dollars. Have been with them for over 27 years but I guess that doesn't mean anything.

The mail carrier wrongly marked our house as vacant when it is clear that there are residents living in the house, we have lost numerous packages due to this. When I attempted to call I couldn’t get through until I opened an investigation with the United States Postal Inspection Service, when the man operating the phone called me he spoke condescendingly to me, and inevitably hung up on me. Incredibly disappointing to speak with someone so miserable regarding an issue that has been considerably costly.

After 30 days the mail is removed. You have to call the post office for your mail.

If u have a p.o box u can pick up mail at 7am but if u have packages u cant get them until 8:30 am

Yes. The carrier can leave a notice so you can pick it up at the post office. Either notify the post office that you want your parcels notified or leave a note on your mailbox/door asking the carrier to notify your parcels
