They don't reply to the contact form or voice mail for new applicants (me anyway) and I presume that's related to other non-responsiveness mentioned in reviews but I've seen a unit and they are nice for the Falls probably a best value in a very limited market in which oddly some of the best choices are new public/income based housing as far as the units themselves. The rebuilt Centre Court and Applewalk for example have units which are comparable and newer.

It is terrible. The people in charge at 80th Street Niagara Falls and doing nothing to keep us safe. They allow Robert and Michelle Bitterman (2 people that can't even take care of themselves) use LYE for making soaps. The fumes are terrible and all the owners care about is making money and not safety of people who live there. There is always yelling going on between them and another tenant. I only know their first name Jessica and Jim. The owners also allow them to have 3 or 4 dogs and at 1 point a small fire started and burned the woman Michelle hair as she smoked pot. Dont live here. It is terrible. See pictures as proof.
