Cobra is full time benefit after you been receiving benefits. Offered after you leave YOUR employer. All employers are required to offer in NYS they can offer up to 3 years at a % higher. Better then obama care !

I believe they have an option to sign up for COBRA after 90 days. But I believe thats a very expensive option.
