I went to the dealership for the oil change and they were telling me about how they were going to clean my car and check all the fluid and refill all the fluids so after three hours of wait I got my car I looked around and It wasn’t really cleaned

They would have re-cleaned it for you if you would have brought it to their attention. Just inform your service advisor next time, or today you can call him.
