When we arrived at the store, I was a little nervous about getting exactly what my daughter would need. That changed as soon as we walked in! The cashier went beyond cashiers were expected. She answered questions that I had. I had one question she couldn't answer, and, instead of saying IDK, she found someone to answer. The floor associates were also amazing. Kristen, in particular, was so friendly and professional. She was able to get the items my daughter needed and even listened to my child to make sure she was comfortable in the selected items. Kristen also made sure she had a positive shopping experience. All the staff were pleasant and made what I thought would be a bad experience into a good experience. We have 3 other kids to fit, and, we look forward to going back.

Worst customer support, the phone never connects to anyone, even super stores pick calls and respond to customers, they take eternity to reply to emails that's even if they respond. If there's any worst description I could use, it will be a perfect description for the awful experience I had with this store, they have no business running a business. I advise anyone not to do business with them

We paid $10 for shipping that stated 3 to 5 days and it took almost a month to arrive. When I tried to contact the store, they do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Horrible service.

Everything is overpriced and annoying when your school forces you to buy from here. If you are just getting pants or skirts buy from target or something stuff from here is even made to last.
