Went a few weeks ago saw multiple people recording but like was stated before it is up to the band thats playing
A cell phone would be allowed,but I dont think a camera should be a problem. Just depends on who os playing there, bc certain bands don't like to be recorded. However I have seen cameras in Revention Center and may probably ask if you will upload your photos to their website 🙂 I hope I helped you.
The concerts themselves determine the rule about bringing recording devices. I've been to some that are fine with phones and others that say if they see you take pictures or record at anytime they will kick you out.
Most concerts does not allow any pro camera or recording device...
