You should have a confirmation email..and or a E Ticket...you will be able to enter with the E Ticket to be scanned..however the box office will be open two hours before the opening of it's doors.
If you go on google it explains that they open at Noon on Saturday
You should be able to use your phone
Not sure.. I do believe they open about an hour or so before any event
