If you purchased the controller warranty and there is no physical damage to the controller, only mechanical, then you should be able to take it in and get it replaced. Just make sure to bring the receipt or the warranty sticker that you were given
No all sales final no repairs they might replace it

Game stop dosent fix consoles or controllers
